How to Initiate a Return:

2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item(s).

Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is undamaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Return Shipping:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
